For items that are in our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be processed and delivered. Specially-made or handcrafted products are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks and can take even longer depending on the work required. On the product page for each item, you’ll see an accurate delivery estimate. E.g. 3-4 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. Firstly, we’d like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please email us at email@example.com & we will get back to you within 3-4 working days.

Customers should look to the item’s product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale (under Shipping & Returns) page very carefully.
Eligible items must be returned within 14 days of the date the item was received, or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
At this time, pavitraa.in is unable to accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Sign in to pavitraa.in and go to My Account. In your Returns section,select the order you want to return & write us at email@example.com stating the reason for returning the product. In the case the item is returnable, please select it and you will be e-mailed a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with a shipping label.
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your pavitraa.in account with store credits. Under exceptional cases (for damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments) we will return the refund amount to the original method of payment used to place the order. Refunds will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
Under exceptional cases (ex. damaged products, incorrect products) we can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
On special request, we do offer alteration. If you are not sure for your size or would like an alteration done to specific size as per your specific size requirement or fitting, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
